As awesome as the postman is, I had to go to the post office to pick up my parcel. So I opened up the parcel, checked the game over quickly as I was playing online at the time and put it down. After I finished the race I was on, I unwrapped the game, removed the sticker and opened the case... Cool. Hang on! The print from the XBOX label rubbed off onto my thumb, that's odd I thought...Hmm. So I opened up the case and realised it's very flimsy, not only that but the colour is all wrong... Transparent green?! What a load of bullshit, what a load of fucking bullshit it's a replacement case, with a fake XBOX seal and a polished disc and sold as New and Sealed. Fuck me...

So I sent a message to the seller who hasn't responded yet, if I get a bullshit message or something I'll make a whole story to say not to buy from this person. Even with a link to his eBay page, I know eBay won't do anything to fix this situation so I'm really hoping to get a reply from him.
I happened to find the cases he bought and sealed up to make them look "new", so I sent a link to those cases to him. So how did I spot this fake apart from the colour and splodgy label? Easy, the seal wasn't right to begin with. The seam was on the spine which no games are sealed from the spine, NEVER. There is usually a tear strip of some kind or no seam at all.

Sure, the game works fine and the manual is a bit marked but still this isn't what I paid for, and I'm really looking forward to his reply as I found out all the flaws in his scam. Tread carefully collectors, we have a decoy among us.

An insane half a million dollar NES game on eBay, has to be seen!

This caught my eye on the forums, Stadium Events for the NES was listed on eBay for half a mill. I doubt even the most craziest collector will even think of buying this.. Yet who would have half a mill to spend on a NES game?! I can't write any longer about this, my head keeps falling in the palm of my hand.

Faulty Playstation 3 from ebay outcome.

Yesterday I shipped the Playstation 3 I got from eBay back to the seller, when I got home I put all the information into PayPal. Oh shit, I did something wrong I called PayPal and fixed the problem up no worries.

At 3AM last night my iPhone went off saying I have an email from PayPal, shit.. what's this going to be? I open the email up and I read the following message "You have received your refund of $265". That was quick! Not bad being disturbed at 3AM for news like this :D

Then I jumped on the PC and gave that fucker negative feedback, and went to bed...

In the morning, I checked my feedback I left for him he replied "Buyer received full refund. Buyer opened PS3 and did work on it voiding warranty" The shit!? I only posted it yesterday how can this guy have it already? So I check the tracking, and it hasn't even moved from the post office (Yeah Australia post are balls) let alone he didn't even refund me, PayPal did.
you tell me if you now trust this guy.. I sure bloody don't. He's also been selling fake Playstation 3 controllers, what a scammer. I managed to get one of these controllers along with the Playstation 3 he sent me.

Many images can be found below of the differences, they're very close to the original I own from the Slim I bought. OEM is the original and the fake is.. well the fake that I got from the idiot seller.

Not looking very good for this seller, he just got another negative about selling fake controllers. Most likely the exact same one I got in the bundle. What an idiot.

Playstation 3 claim follow up

As you know in one of my previous entries I bought a Playstation 3 from eBay, after searching for so long and losing many bids my long wait paid off and I finally won one.
It arrived, ripped open the packaging plugged it up... and what's going on here? No image on the screen.. So I restored the system I managed to get the image to display, after 10 minutes I got a middle finger fuck you of Green and Blue, yeah you know which error I'm talking about.

Messages after messages the seller refused to refund me, and continued to say it was working when he had it. Most likely he knew full well the system was dead, and wanted to get rid of it. I just had enough of his bullshit and sent a claim to PayPal.

After a long day at study, grabbed a cold drink and sat at the PC as usual I checked my emails. What's this? A message from PayPal? Eligible for a refund? I WON THE CASE?! KICK FUCKING ASS!!!! Yes, I won the case against that idiot that sent me a dead Playstation 3. Thank god! However, it will possibly take a week to get back to seller, and not sure how long it takes for the refund to appear.

Many sellers on eBay just don't get it, if you test something (not plugging it in, and seeing the power light) for hours then it's in working condition. If you screw up, pay the cost. So many scammers out there, be careful!
